Remember how I drew up a list of games I wanted to play for 2012? Well, that never happened, because of some very legitimate reasons. Who am I kidding? I got distracted by X-COM. As usual, the newest shiny bobble caught my attention, I'm like some bespectacled magpie. With fingers, so I can play games and write this blog. Okay, so I'm not a magpie.
In any case, Batman: Arkham City takes ages to install if you bought it off Steam. Which I did (I was lured in by the knockoff price). Jumping into Dark Souls as soon as it graced the PC wouldn't have been the best idea. You see, on PC Dark Souls looks pretty average, but throw in a few timely mods and gosh does it look amazing. Worthy of a PC gamer's monitor. Begone, hideous console graphics.
