Random Thoughts: X-Men Apocalypse

Despite what some people are saying about this movie, I had a blast watching X-Men: Apolcapyse. Not as good as the previous two outings, but still a worthy addition to the series. As with all movies, good or bad, I like to point out funny things.

1. That amazing Arabic version of "I Ran" by Flock of Seagulls
I'm convinced they made that just for this movie, because I can't find it anywhere else.

2. The ability to manipulate matter and create almost anything

Yet Apocalypse gives only 2 out of 4 Horsemen decent armour.

3. Xavier is quite the perv in these new X-Men movies, isn't he?

Mainly for this woman. Well, it's a bit more complicated. Still...

4. How does Apocalypse's body transfer ability actually work?

I'm guessing it's Celestial technology, like in the comics.


5. Nightcrawler cannot teleport through an electric fence  

6. He does, however, look amazing in a Thriller jacket

I was born in 1987, too young to appreciate the high fashion of the time. Too young...

7. Fancy new costumes that are faithful to the comics

Which we will probably never see again.
